Hackers/crashed games

Im so tried of the fricken hackers in every game i go in. i thought crossfire was a hack free game ya right is so anonying and im so tired of when you to join a game it says sever full blahh blahh blahh and when your in the middle of the game it just kicks you out of it. because it takes like an hour to play one full game. Can you at least do something about it.
