Can't get into any game

I feel I had this problem before and I don't remember how I fixed it but idk, anyway.

I join a room, and click join and it'll show the map's loading screen w/ the loading bar.

The bar goes up to about 90-95% then it'll stop, show my cursor and do nothing.

Tried reinstalling, didn't fix it =/
