go to EM? do your badge that way? Or play prison using your m700 and pick other peoples snipers up - Thats the easiest way.

Unless they changed it, the kills only count if you spawn with the weapon. If you pick it up, it doesn't count. I haven't gotten to do any experimenting on this, so prove me wrong, then I'll say otherwise.
