idle to long kicks me back to lobby...

when loading the game it stops for about a minute then goes black for about another minute then crossfire screen comes back up finishes loading then i go to bravo server then get into games then click on game get into game it loads up then says idle to long then it kicks me back to the lobby.or i get disconnected from server..when im supposed to b in the game or missins i have to do...idle not shure how to fix that or what it is plz help me havent done missions in 2 days because of this problem....thank u for your time plz help me im one rank up to being gold bar and im not giving up.......
