Not completely something to throw us off. Personally I kinda thought the ZM thing was totally uncalled for. But that's just me.
Z8Games putting in the exclusive temporary weapons are certainly a new idea, considering last year, they put in the Weapon Events.
But in the end, the new patch will have the same thing every other patch has. A bunch of little bugs that makes us rage, A "Limited Time" ZP Crate as well as a regular ZP crate, and if G4Box / :)gate is getting a large sum of cash at the time, a GP Crate/Gun. :l -

This last patch (thanksgiving) didn't have any sort of limited time ZP crate. xD.
And I think it's a swell thing that they are using the events page more and more. At the very least, you can see the prizes able to be won, unlike with RF's random dogtags.
Maybe that's why... That mishap on changing the RF's complete dogtag prize led to them to start using the events page more and more.
We should be happy they are giving out different prizes per event.. More or less -.-
Remember, the 12 days of Xmas is optional, like all the events, even the daily RF mission is optional
.
