And the US West Server (i know there are very good players of NA and Asia who play in there) is a good server to play and to get low ping. dude im from Sonora and is preferible to play in CF NA to CF LA. And people who do not enter to West is because the Alpha is the first server that all can see and enter quickly. -

Ugh. I don't run into that many hackers these days, but, it's just the horrible community that gets me most times. I'd be playing all calmly, not trying so hard, just sitting back and playing like a regular old person would do, only to get kicked 4 games out of 5 (all S&D). At the end of the day: 2 hours played, 133 experience gained. I'll play again some other time, lol.

It's pretty obvious what he means by Americans. American refers to a person that has a citizenship in the United States of America.
Yes in certain contexts it can possibly be seen as all people from North and South America, however normally "North" or "South" would be indicated, meaning people from Brazil, Argentina, Portugal, etc. would never be known as Americans, and neither would Canadians or Mexicans.
It's pretty clear that in this situation he was talking about Americans from the United States of America.
In other words:
When you're talking about Countries, people that live in for example Brazil are not Americans, and people that live in the USA are called Americans.
When you're talking about continents, people that live in North America are called North Americans, and people that live in South America are called South Americans.
In no way shape or form is anyone that doesn't have a citizenship in the USA an American. -

I know that West Coast is like the most unpopular server but at night time sometimes it can get 2 channels full at most. WC server are for people in Seattle, Portland, Cali, Australia and some from China too. There r lots of asian and they are really good at S&D -

A person that lives in the Country Brazil is a South American and a Brazilian.
A person that lives in the United States of America (Country) is a North American and an American.
