That is what the 40,000 Starting GP is for.
Plus the 10,000 GP, 20,000 GP, and 30,000 GP from level ups which should only take 3 days of playing. One also starts out with the M16 and M700 for free.

There is also the GP bonuses for Badges, 2,000 GP for C1, 5,000 GP for C2, and 30,000 GP for Elite C3. 58,000 GP just from those.

That is 158,000 GP for just a little work at playing the game, enough for 3-4 guns.
