Whats going on??????

It has been 3 weeks now, that i can not log into crossfire. I keep geting this X-trap msg saying ERRO with some code nubers. i try every thing but recover my PC. that i will do last if support cant help me with this problem i got. plz help me with this i really like this game A LOT!! hope u guys can do something about it. oh i got norton 360 anti V, just in caes ya need to know that. hope to hear from ya soon thx vortex69.
