hgwc issue's need help anyone

ok ive been trying at this over a week still no way get it to work i start crossfire but when hgwc gets to step 4 it stop there and i get this error failed to conect to server: W[2003]L[0] ive tried alot i did a clean install removed files from hgwc folder so download files agian ive even downloaded client over agian more than 3 or 4 times on reinstalled downloading clint agian and still get the error anyone help im stuck sent report got nothing yet from a gm thoought try here see if anyone help me with this issue thankks for any help givin was playing before started this crap fine no lag nothing then boom this starts help please
