Paysafe 10€ away :(

Hey , I get 10000 ZP for 8,99$ . Then I get the second time with a another paysafe 10€ , But my ZP on my Account shows 10000 ZP , what I can do , ich want not lose 10€ , i have hast paysafe.de , what is my credit and it says me , 8,99$ is away .. but i have only 10000 ZP for 20€ what i can do , please help me ((
