Weird Problem - Couldnt open applications

After closing CF i couldn't open any applications till i restart PC and sometimes PC hangs and restart it from the case button

You need to do a good virus, malware and spyware scan. If you open your task manager and there are any proccesses running that you do not know what they are shut them down. Just don't close explorer.exe. Any more problems just ask and ill try to help you. Thanks, Kyle
