Touchpad
Hey i play on a Toshiba win 7 32 bit laptop Well when i try to turn off my keypad as in touchpad u know the mouse on the laptop i hit fn and f9 to turn it off but it doesnt work if i hit fn+f1-f7 its fine when i reach f9-f12 it doesnt work what do you think is the problem?

Look at your manufacturer's manual again to see how to turn off the touchpad again.
You are probably looking at a bad key configuration or something.
I personally have both on my HP laptop (touchpad + plug-in mouse) but use more often the plugged-in mouse.
