I would recommend sending in a ticket to Crossfire >> Technical support so that they can have a look at your account.
But as you know, they don't work weekends

Actually now I think about, more than likely your account got reverted to lvl 0 and need to repurchase your first character.
I think the IP restrictions that went into effect last year got looped to this year, but this time got messed up and included the green zone too.
