A problem uploading Hack reports

When I was trying to upload a hack report earlier, and instead of swapping to the usual support page, it just stayed on the same page and displayed this message:

"Error occored when upload file, Please contact administrator.The specified network name is no longer available. "

Does anyone know what causes this, and if it a problem on my side or on Z8's side?

Also if anyone related to the website happens to read this, could you work on the grammar and spelling, "occored", and "when upload file" both made me wince.
