because you live outside of the regional border, try either the europe version or the brazillian one, i dont know the eu website, but br is http://br.crossfire.z8games.com

that account if it was not banned should still be active, if you signed up before a certain date.. but when they put up the regional blocks, accounts created after a certain day are not allowed on NA servers. you should set up a ticket on the support page and see if gm's can help you further.
