Clan Items

2 of my clan members gave us some ZPs, we used them to get one more Lieutenant and 5 more members, but the problem is that, we bought them, but the clan's member limit is still 25, but it is supposed to be 30, do i need to wait after 24 hours to activate or is this a bug?
