In-Game FPS

I get my normal 100-120 FPS during the evening/night but around 3EST I have about 10 FPS. I close all my programs and just normally log on but the FPS is just dead low.

Any ideas why?

    sounds like your internet hub is overloaded, probably anyway, i would suggest checking your modem, it sounds like it could be a connection problem, that or maybe you have daily tasks running in the background on your pc, sometimes there's a few hundred possibilities you kind of have to weed through them all to find the 1 issue.
