Can't buy 100k zp???

When I try to buy 100k zp, it comes up with:
"Transaction has been denied reason: Failed to pass security validations"
I have about 24 thousand dollars in my bank, and I have tried using paypal and credit card, both of them come up with the same message.

HELP ME OUT!
