Banned for no reason?

I won't say i think this is a error because i know it is. I am wondering if anybody else has it.
The dates are wrong as well.

I've been banned for Chat Violation even though a) I hardly ever speak in games only over vent do i speak b) when i do i never say anything offensive.

there were 3 other posts with the same problem in the last 24 hours, best way to resolve this is to explain the situation in a ticket, and give them screenshots.

I've been insulting everyone I see through chat for three years and I've never even seen this once.

Maybe, it was just an error on their part?
