Recently has registered the new character, I would come into game what to create it. I enter the password login and the error jumps out "This service is not available in your region".

What to do? How to create the character?

you have to go onto the site for your region, SA i'm not sure if they put the regional block up or not yet, if you're from Europe region i think they have their own site, there are some regions that are blocked regardless
