Hackers reporting unavailable?

Are you fcking kidding me? You say in Web Form "Accepting only .cfr" replays for hacking report. And when we attach .cfr, you say "Please only upload gif, jpg, zip, rar, or txt file(EC:90121)." Noobs?
It's good enough that you are not working on any hacking issues on Crossfire... now you don't even allow us to report them? I sent some tickets 7 months ago, no one even checked it!
Ye ye... you do everything to make this community a better place. Gimme a break...

this issue only happens when you try to upload files from the clan matches, i dont know why but clan match reports cannot be submitted, thus why all of the hacking clans get away with it... also would be nice if they let us take replays in the zombie mode too... get rid of those hackers too. and there is no way to tell whether or not they have checked hacking reports... soo best bet is to just submit them properly and pray they will ban the hackers.

you file is .cfr o ..cfr?? I had the same problem and it was because
I saved the file. cf. with the names of the ha.cks and some names
had at the end a point like iBlackBerry.
just delete the point file

delete all . in the name

haha, that explains why 90% of the hackers i report have a . at the end of their names...
though that wasnt my problem, every time i report a clan match video it gives me the same error he gets and window refreshes with all the info wiped.

funny thing, yeah this one fcker had name [o.O]-Nay, so it could be the point... it changes the whole file name extension. i will keep that in mind. thx
btw, since the last "Clan Page" updates, a lot of clans has been created and they are owning now in Clan Wars, and we can't do sh!t about that -.-
there must be rules, cuz Clan wars were the one place where there were not many ha.ckers, and now, almost every 2nd match we get ha.ckers...
2 days ago, we played Prison 5 vs 5... 5 of them were wallers. what the fck can we do against them? RQ? or let them have fun? i hate that.

hackers from Clan Wars must be banned with whole clan too. This is a serious issue, and Z8 were promising us plenty of fun, tournaments and stuff... yeah right, with all the new hackers in CW, most of clans will stop playing it...

well, just be glad once ob br servers come up, the br players won't be allowed to make new accounts, soo anyone who made an account before a certain day will be allowed on our servers, rest are gone, and if they get banned, well they're gone too.

ive been reported 100s if times. and i dont cheat. how do you know 100% that everyone that u ever report are hack neways? however i have reported as well many and none have been dealt with just letting you know , you are not alone in this pitiful excuse for an excuse.

if you want to know 100% if the players hack that's easy, you review the replay, supposed to do that anyway to be sure before you submit it. i review every video, heck yesterday i reported around 65 hackers.... though that only took about 1 hour out of my day, i've gotten very good at spotting them as well as learning how to report them very quickly.
