Firstly, please choose the right issue, this is not a MALL ISSUE man. Its a CLAN ISSUE!

1) By looking at his 0 post count, I'm making the assumption that this kid doesn't know how the forum works, especially the technical support prefixes, and just chose the first one on the list.

3) Most of the time nobody doesn't know how to send one, how to properly send one, or cannot be bothered to actually receive proper help.
4) Judging by his lack of proper English I'm gonna assume that he is a foreigner and used a translator to some degree to help him create this thread.
