Clan War Help

[Didnt know whether to put this in Loading Errors, Game Errors, or Crash Bugs] Every time I join a clan war, I am good to go for the first round. Then, once it goes back to the game lobby for intermission, something horribly messes up, because It wont automatically join the second round, and when I press join game, i get disconnected from crossfire. This is really annoying me, and I would appreciate it if I could get some help on this subject.
