Not at all.
It was an exclusive ribbon, as the "A Hero Emerges".
If today you play the events of the Hero Mode when it came out, you won't get it today, and if next March month you'll play 50 hours, you won't get 'Iron Man'.
Use your brain O_o

There are some ribbons based on events and others based on progresive game play and achivements. Ask a MOD or GM with a pm if you are unsure of a ribbon. I believe The X-Mass gun would still apply in the event that you win 1. To be sure ask Tech support or find a MOD to ask. They may have to get back to you with the information. That is why a PM may be your best bet in finding out what you would like to know.

I won my D.E. Xmas in 10 crates last year. I didn't even want it, I wanted the Ak-47 Xmas. But whatever, good luck anyway.
