Not available in your region (i readed the sticky)

I am really confused by the red zones and green zones. To make logn story short : I want to play Crossfire, im in the red zone (czech republic) and i don't understand what it means to be in red zone. I play crossfire before when it was under other company... it's really confusing. If anyone knows what should i do to play tell me.
