FPS and FRAPS

Hello guys...

Ive got a problem, In game i've only got 40FPS thats enough for me i do not need anymore but here cames the trouble - i would like to take a video of my game play for my clan video that i am making, and im using FRAPS and the reason i am using FRAPS is because people say there isint a recording system that doesn't lower your FPS...

Because FRAPS lowers my FPS it becames 1.3-2.0FPS and this is REALLY hard to play at...
Is there another program that will not lower my FPS in game i can take a video of!?

well, first of all, im not a video taking fan, but, I think u can save ur gameplay after game, then use fraps or other program to make ur video off the replay

When you got 40 FPS ingame then you need a better computer to record ingame.

Fraps make you lag like hell, might as well get an upgrade or a new computer, or don't use fraps and show off your SKEEELLS.

There is no video recorder that wont make you lag on that low fps =s sorry.

Yeah that means you have a very "bad" video card.

Try going on Fraps and on the settings put it to "half size" if that doesn't work, then you need a better video card. I heard intel gma 4500mhd and intel gma hd will work good

Hey man,
I use BB flashback, my fps never alters, usually between 60/70 whether recording or not.
I tried Fraps and bandicam but both lowered fps considerably.

i get like 100 FPS in game, and FRAPS drops it to like 40 - 50. You need a better graphics card to record.

Can you use fraps but set it to half-size.

Click the little radio button with the empty box next to it and type like 70 or something, this will pick up the fps that is available.

If that doesn't work use Growler Gun Cam

set your fraps to record at the actual FPS you get without it. dont record 40 because it seems to cap at 40.. just my experience with it though..

try bandicam. it's uses much less resources than fraps
