i bought 100,000 zp and i didn't receive them yet !!

hiii , i have bought 100k zp on 2/12/2011 by clickandbuy method and i was discharged for 79.9 usd and i didn't receive them yet !!! so when will i be receiving them and plz quickly as possible !
