So I been trying to change my acc info but after 2 years i've forgotten the email I used and my security answer. Also i've sent some tickets but all they say is provide 2 pieces of account information, but wat should I do if I forget it? Can I provide some other information to prove that I am the owner of this account?

If you've purchased ZP it should be easy for you to change it by providing the information used to purchase it i.e. the order number the billing address or other material relating to the claim. I do not suggest using your cc number or authorization code.
