hy I cant start the Cross Fire game,when i press START game it shows me this error

What is this? Why cant I play?

Install CrossFire again
Maybe a patch error..

instal it again? I dont think so.I instal the game 6 times so far i am not doing it again.I am waiting for them to fix that

I tryed that too today but still the same problem.I am not a hak and I never use something like that.And I dont understant why is this hapening and why cant I play...

It is sad that no one is responding from the cross fire team!! They can write here something like: we will try to fix it but NO...omg is here anyone working on this problems?? If not just say we wont fix it so I can go search for another game to play...
