hi all
i get message told me
[you cannot acces the test server]
i contact to support if i get block or some thing
they say

site working well no block message at all
but in game i get this message like i get ban or some thing plz help me

i did and they tell me i`m not ban or any thing and i should post my problem in here like i said in original post
2nd i don`t get and ban message on web site i can access my clan , my profile normal no waning message
