Hey i get that too, when i log into the crossfire game it comes up, they say they
are trying to fix it but are they? They are too busy doing other updates to bother
about us. I sent a message about it, and few days later sent another message about something else to crossfire web support and the one related to this error was ignore for at least 3 days (i sent 2nd message a few days after this) and they replied to the second message like a day later and ignore for a week before reply to my this service is not avaliable in your area message and the answer didnt help at all. My friend already changing games and clearly crossfire haven't spent sufficent time on this -

yeah! me too. i just need one dog tag to get DE-scope crate and i was happy when i knew CF updated new patch but when i logged in...yeah! region problem. Z8 must fix it for people who got this problem but they didn't . they made new events when many gamers couldn't join it! Z8! look yourself! -

Screen shots also help the process which can be completed by pressing the "Print Screen" button on your computer and opening up "Paint". Then paste it and save it with a name that is easily recognizable, from there just insert the picture by click "select file" when you send a support ticket and make sure your fully describe the problem. -

They don't really care and I doubt the GMs will reply to this thread, it will most likely be closed due to the fact they want this problem to just disapear without being fixed. They don't care as long as they get $$$ lmao. So why bother? I lost over 50k zp items in 2 weeks because I can't play and all support had to say is they are aware of the problem. BULL$hit! -

I'm not a GM or a [MOD] but I'm telling you the same thing they would. I just played Cross Fire and it worked out fine. And no one will go play MaT like you suggested in the other thread.
And I obviously can't play? If you ever do fix this problem, I dare you to get on Cross Fire and 1v1 me.
As I said, send a support ticket describing the problem. I'm sure the problem will be fixed within 1-2 weeks. -

The problem is existing as a temporary issue for a lot of users. At seemingly random intervals it will show the message "Service Not Available in your Region".
We have login IP data through our own game tracking and administration equipment. However we would like to verify this information with people have the problem.

if im in the green ZONE aus is green still got server not in ur region
