What do you expect to be the 30# ribbon reward?
Ak47 crystal?
De crystal?
AWM crystal?
or something else?
Last time when I made thread about this (maybe 3months ago) Saidin replied that there are only 4-6 players in game who have 30ribbons.
But maybe they could make the reward for 25 ribbons, or just release the 30# ribbon reward already, cuz it wouldnt cause any harm.
Soon ill get my Veteran ribbon and reach 28 ribbons. Ive been collection them passionately and got over half 'accidently' xD

Why would you even think the gun would be crystal?
There is no evidence to base that on.
Even for the bp Silver weapons, there are 2 silver which is still not enough to say all bp guns would be silver (before a2 & kriss silver) -

Since the new Kriss isn't BP, it doesn't make sense to mention it. Mentioning the Scar Heavy-Camo does make more sense, however. -
+1 to gold katana.
In other versions [I think..] they have it as an event thing or the mission crates, and you can't buy the crates. I don't really know, the guy barely knew english. This would keep the gold katana rare in all versions, and I think the devs would like that. -

that's exactly my point! Just because it's silver doesn't mean it's going to be bp! :rolleyes:
2 cases isn't enough to assume a correlation. -

I'm assuming you're moving the 20 ribbon prize to 30 ribbons & putting a new 20 ribbon prize in it's place.
