i got this message ha-ck tool detected twice & i swear iam not play with ha-ck & the third i got you cant access the test server & my acc is not blocked on z8 site

There isn't anything the moderators can do for you. There is a selection above saying "support". They are the only ones who can help you.

A huge number of players have simular problems,i cant play too and they dont answer to any of us...

The difference being his problem is related to being banned, while yours is probably the IP restriction issue that seems to be affecting accounts made after Aug. 3 even if they are in the green zone.
