F11-f12 help

Hey why when i try to vote to kick someone I press F-11 and my audio turn off and i cant aprrove ? and the same problem with F12 turn off the WLAN ? Why ? How i can fix it?

  I think it is a problem with your settings. Look into you WLAN settings ( If you can ) and then into your CF controls
