Hmm i still dont understand why we get -1 for winning rofl... I never check what rank clans are before playing them I just play for fun so it doesnt really matter to me all that much xD Plus if it will be hard to find a clan higher rank that us every game as we are in the top 100

it's so top clans don't farm rank points. -

The way ranking in everything else in the world is set up is that winning against someone weaker then you is NOT a negative thing...so it SHOULD be +0 for winning, and -0 for the losing lower rank team.
Anyone ever player Tekken 5? In the 'ranked' battles, if your opponent is of a higher rank than you and you are about to rank up, the battle is a Ranked Match...in which you winning upgrades your rank. The loser does NOT lose his rank unless he loses X amount or Ranked Matches against opponents who are attempting to up-rank.
The way the clan system is set up now pretty much means nothing...even with the new 'clan points' setup they got going... -
The system is loosely based on an Elo style ranking system.
Basically it says this: You get less points for playing clans at extreme rank levels.
The system assumes you will get the win and since there is such an extreme in ranks it doesn't give you a reward for doing so.
Loosely in this case as what you achieved here (the -1 for winning) is basically the entire extreme that our system goes. You had a clan in the top 100 play a clan in the bottom 20,000.
Additionally this happens because clans are larger at the top and farm more clan points, but skill level also plays a factor here. Regardless of how many clan points have been earned or farmed there was enough skill level to achieve a win at this point. Also this is a good spot to remind you it is only 1 point in the overall total, which is offset by 500 exp from any one of your clan members (much easier to achieve when you have 100 people in a clan).
Contrast that to a -1 on a team with only 4 members which on paper is more of an impact.
This also works like this to encourage new clans to become more skilled or even just play more often. They go on and will see a positive gain even if they were playing a clan at an astronomical level higher than them and enter in to the ladder with the goal of moving up.
As the clan moves up they will be targets for playing again and the points will be different.
Consider this. That clan has 60 points total. If they had 100 more points (achieved likely in a very short time) they would gain more than 6,000 ranks and the -1 / +1 you saw in that one game would quickly disappear should you see them on the ladder again.
Also please note that we are monitoring this kind of stuff and if we start to see negative impact of the system we will make adjustments. -

I like that part about encouraging the new players
I never bothered checking their rank before making this thread (didnt think it had anything to do with it xD ) so had no idea they were a high... low..? ranked one lol. That always confuses me. -
Apparently some clans figured out how to bypass the point deduction.

Y0ungStar and his team sucks in terms of personality. They are farmers themselves and yet go around and curse all the other farmers. They challange other clans just because they have 2 5-star players and they think they are good. However they lost badly to us on UK clan server where all them had min ping and all of us had 100+ ping. After that they started QQing about us using spop, AC and M14. Shame on them. Y0ungStar might have decent skills but he curses in the game. Not cool and not like a pro CF player at all. His team members look down upon others and when they get challanged 1v1, guess what, they say come 1v1 with Y0ungStar. Bunch of pusssssssssssies. -

This. Just consider this (fail) example:
A bully beats up a nerd, and gets no recognition.
A nerd beats up a bully and instantly gets popular.
Easy as pie. -
