Service not available in your region

I'm getting the dreaded "Service not available in your region" message. I've tried from Miami, Fl and from the Bahamas; all of which are in the green zone. How can this problem be solved for me please?

Submit a support ticket with your proper IP, stop trying to circumvent the filter with proxies (which doesn't work anyway).

Just like you've been instructed in countless threads.
