i am in game banned
i am in game banned becuase there was a h@ck injected in the net cafe that i went to play crossfire they didn`t tell me that there is a one i was so angry and i take bann for 14 days but when i go to the z8games website my account still not banned but when i go the game it`s baned please can u take the bann off today plZ gm

This is exactly why the automatic bans aren't permanent.Ban him for good now..... 1 less hack in game sounds good to me..
Crossfire is very popular game at internet cafes, and sometimes the PCs are riddled with cheats which XTrap pick up on.
This is for all we know a perfectly legitimate player who happened to play on the wrong PC.
He can play again when the ban expires.
If he is a cheater, he'll cheat again and be banned again. And again. -
