You Cannot Access test Server Error on my account. PLEASE HELP!!!
Okay so acouple days ago i was playing crossfire and i got a client error and i disconnected. Then i tried getting back on crossfire and it said, "The Id is already logged on. Continue?" So i clicked continue then it said i cannot access the test server. All my other accounts work for crossfire though 
. I did alittle reasearch and i guess when that message pops up, it means your perminatly banned. But one, i didnt do anything wrong. Two, You also get banned from the website when you get banned. But i am not banned from the website. I can log in fine, look at my profile, look at my clan and stuff, no problem. So am i really perminatly banned? or did somebody hack my account and banned me from the crossfire server. Or did z8games make a mistake???? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG!!!!!

The "Cannot Access Test Server Message" does mean you are banned, no you are not always banned from the website as well. (Usually you're only blocked if it is a permanent ban).
To find out why you were banned, and possibly get your account back you need to send in a support ticket: http://support.z8games.com/webform_new.aspx -

Try to talk to any of the MODS in-game with a different account and explain the situation to them. This might help them solve the problem much quicker and help you get your account back

It won't help. The only way to resolve this is by sending a ticket. -
Hi i tried talking to you in-game remember? but you ignored me...... And i did send multiple tickets....And i really dont want to lose my account because i spent alot of $$$ on it. Also i was going to get more zp for xmas but now if i dont get my account back imma have to tell my parents not to buy the game cards
