"Your version is old, reinstall game client"

After DLing the 609 MB v.1075 file from FilePlanet, whenever I press Start this message appears. What version is the latest, is there a patch I can download or do I have to redownload the entire client?

Also, sometimes this message appears:

I think it's trying to update or something, is my port blocked?
