Sniper crosshair

Are you suspose to have a crosshair when using a sniper?
On the youtube videos i see a crosshair on the sniper, not sure if its b/c its a replay or you actually do get a crosshair for a sniper rifle

No, you're not supposed to have one.

It's not like sniping's remotely difficult in this game anyways.

sniper crosshair is common in pub cheats.
