Free ZP dont works!

I feel deceived of the sponsors.I usually don`t make survey ,because the always don`t work,but I make accounts and take part on every game.I did it the last time for a few days and didn`t receive anything of the promised profit.I usually should wait 20 minutes they say.
Earlier it worked.
Can you tell me please what I do wrong?
I replie always the e-mails and follow the rules.
Is there a way I can get it back?
