Launcher Error...

Hi everyone,
Im XyLesS ( IGN: _Da[V1]cc1o_ ), and lately i cant log into the game, i dont know why, i click on the launcher and the launcher window appear, then it says: Downloading 0% (0kb/s) and after it says: Connection Error. Reconnecting... and then it disappear and when i press START it says: Your Client is old version. Re-install the latest version game client. And i dont know why it says that, i thought it was a client error, so i download it again... (by BitTorrent...), but is still happening the same thing again and again, i already download it 2 times, and it keeps saying that... please help me... Im letting here some screenshots...
