Help a newbie! :)

Hello,
I've just downloaded and installed the game from FilePlanet mirror.
The problem I'm having is my patcher wont start downloading stuff, it's saying
"Connection Error.Reconnecting...."
I know my connection is working properly, whats the problem? =\

Normally restarting the game helps. If not then you have to reinstall.

Heya, I tried re-installing the game but that doesn't help either.
Should I try downloading it from another mirror?
