why no one wanna help me !!!

hi there i need help i have 6 days cant play Cuz erorr rf 016. rez i Remove the game and clean- make restart and i Download last V for c.f (1080) and install it and after that have same error i dont know what to do i need this file 016 Rez i was read for u some Post u was right files Rez from 001 to last one .. thx
