I bought m16A2 by mistake from the mall and i want to get my Bp back and delete that weapon i want to buy ak 47 silver !! what should i do ? i send a ticket to GM .... No answer -.-' .. some help here plz I WANT THE SILVER AK !

I'm not 100% sure what the policy on web mall purchases is [I know the coupon policy], but I would send a ticket just in case. If you sent the ticket within 2 days of buying it / redeeming it [this is the coupon policy] they will give you the coupons back.

If they do the same with BP, congratulations, if they don't, I'm sorry.

I'm sorry but they SHOULDN'T refund you your BP. You have to click the button and then confirm your purchase...it's all on you if you didn't check your selection before that point.

No refunds on digital goods...

Ya but for the coupons it's unfair 1 time I bought a m4 liberty by mistake send support ticket 5 min later and they reply to me 4 days later saying u have to have the support ticket earlier from 0-48 hours..
