I won!:D But a random prize hehe, I didn't even know 'till today, but I received an e-mail weeks ago because I was eligible to win based on your hours of game play, so I sent my address, name, etc. Do I have to send the support ticket anyways? And how? I don´t know how xD

I go to support.z8games.com and login, but then what? where do I go from there? where it says Web Form? I clicked there and it has options. In game related do I choose Crossfire or Tournament? If choose tournament I get the options of Rues, registration and Matchplay. Do I choose matchplay? Please help xD
