HGWC error?

ive read so many errors popping up recently not allowing people to play but i have not seen anyone specifically say anything about an error that im getting from HGWC. when i try to run the game i click 'start' then it runs through the pop ups but whilst loading the HGW game watcher it gives me an error that says 'file is changed: W[2007] L[0], crossfire.exe' this keeps popping up after deleting and reinstalling the game multiple times. is this a known error like the region issue or is this something completely different?
