Every time I open my game...

Every time I open my game. as soon as it loads to the log-in screen. the game crashes(turns black, the window of the game goes small and this error occur) this error says... CROSSFIRE ERROR its a small window that doesn't say why i got a crossfire error... how do I fix this

dont say uninstall/reinstall. I've tried it....
