The only people who can do that are support. Send them a support ticket fully explaining the situation with proof that the account belongs to you. Also, it seems you lost your yahoo password. We can't help you with that. You need to take it up with Yahoo.

If you have forgotten your password, log out of any account you are on right now and locate the 'Forgot your Password' button located by the login menu at the top part of the web page. If you have forgotten your e-mail, and security question, send a support ticket in from the link posted above by another memeber. Either-wise, you lost your account if you forgot mostly everything.
