X-trap error!

I need a file from Crossfire game . For example C:\Program files\z8games\crossfire\rez\RF016.REZ--->I need this File RF016.REZ
The file name its RF016.REZ , make a coppy to this file and arhive he , with winrar or something and put he on a website to download like megaupload or somewhere else.And after give me the link here .And i have problems with game , and after u will do thath i tell u what should u need to do , for work your game . OK man ? -
If you are disabling your anti-virus, or even putting it on the exceptions list - I'd suggest you to try to re download the game from the Download Page. If that doesn't work, then your xTrap is clearly not updating or running properly which could mean a corrupted file, or in proper internet connection which you will have to deal with on your side.

hi, i get the free version of AVG 2012 but i dont no how to put it in the exceptions list can you help me?
and i dont no what folder are something to put it in exceptions list
